At NappyTales, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a straightforward and transparent return and refund policy to ensure your experience with us is smooth and worry-free.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
– Return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
– The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging
– Tags, labels, and original invoices must be intact.
– The product is not on our list of non-returnable items (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
– Baby wipes, lotions, creams, or personal care items.
– Feeding bottles, pacifiers, breast pumps, and similar products.
– Gift sets once opened.
– Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
Return Process
1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order ID, reason for return, and product images.
2. We will verify and approve eligible return requests within 24–48 hours.
3. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup or share return shipping instructions.
4. On receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of your refund or replacement eligibility.
Refunds
– Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
– Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
– If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details for a secure transfer.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged:
– Share an unboxing video or clear photo of the product within **48 hours** of delivery.
– We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund immediately after review.
