– You can cancel your order within 6 hoursof placing it or before dispatch.
– If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
– For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Replacement Policy
We replace items free of charge in the following cases:
– You received the wrong product
– The product is defective, damaged, or expired
– Product mismatch in color/size/variant
To request a replacement:
– Share your Order ID and a photo/video of the item within 48 hours of delivery
– We will verify and process the replacement within 24–48 hours
Note: Used, damaged, or opened items may not qualify for replacement.
